Members of the 234th Army Band reside in Oregon and Southwest Washington and serve the State of Oregon part time while embarking on a civilian career or finishing their education. As National Guard members, members of the band attend drill one weekend per month, and annual training (AT) two weeks in the summer. Additional performance opportunities occur throughout the year.
